WHAT
Trymwood fitness is a personal training studio specialising in one-to-one, partner and small group training sessions, Sports massage and Physiotherapy.
What we’re not! - a membership gym where you can train on your own.
Our goal is to keep our studio personal and quiet so we can focus soley on our clients needs.
Through a series of regular sessions we help clients to achieve their physical goals. Every client is different with their own targets but typically we work on:

weight loss/body fat reduction

improving body shape/muscle tone and body composition

increasing fitness levels

rehabilitation after injury/illness

confidence to start/restart an exercise routine
WHERE
We are based in the BS9 postcode area of Bristol, just a few minutes from the Downs and Portway making us easily accessible from all directions. Our gym is small, personal and practical and has all the equipment needed to get an effective workout and achieve results.
WHEN
Sessions are booked by one hour appointments and you can do as many sessions as you like and as often as you wish. Typically clients have one session a week but it is possible to have more sessions or you can spread your sessions out. We have no set opening hours as you book your appointments with your trainer to suit your diary.
WHO
With over 50 years combined experience training clients, one thing can be assured, your trainer will have dealt with and seen every possible type of client/goal. Therefore please don't think you are too unfit, overweight or out of shape to come and see us, after all, it is our job to fix all of the above!
HOW
Personal training costs vary depending on the number of sessions bought and if you choose to do them on your own or with a friend/partner/spouse. Please refer to the price list below:
One-to-one
1-2 sessions bought £50 per session
3-19 sessions bought £47.50 per session
20+ sessions bought £45 per session
Partner training
1-2 sessions bought £65 per session(£32.50 each)
3+ sessions bought £55 per session(£27.50 each)
